List stream templates

Required capabilities: streamsAcl:READ

List the stream templates that can be used for creating streams in the project, together with the limits and lifecycle settings streams created from each template will get.

Only templates the project is allowed to create at least one stream from are returned. Templates with no streams provisioned for the project are not included. The templates are sorted by name.

Note: This endpoint is in alpha and is subject to breaking changes without prior notice.
