Rotate external data source keys

Required capabilities: transformationsExternalDataSourcesAcl:WRITE

Rotate the RSA key pair for external data sources.

The current key pair is removed and a new one is generated with the given expiry. The rotation is atomic across the request: if any item fails, no keys are rotated.

Only Snowflake data sources are supported. If any item refers to a data source of another format, the whole request is rejected with a 400 and nothing is rotated.

External data sources to rotate keys for. All externalId values must be unique within the request. Only Snowflake data sources are supported; if any item refers to a data source of another format, the whole request is rejected and no keys are rotated.
